By downloading and utilizing the SponsorLink digital wallet pass, you ("Member") agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of the platform and the distribution of discounts.
1.1. Your digital Apple/Google Wallet pass is non-transferable and represents your active affiliation with your nominated sporting club or community organization.
1.2. The pass grants you access to exclusive discounts at participating local SponsorLink Business Partners.
1.3. Your pass will automatically expire or be revoked if your club membership lapses or if the club opts out of the SponsorLink network.
2.1. During registration, you elected a specific "Discount Split" (e.g., 50/50, 25/75). This dictates how the total discount generated at a Business Partner is divided between you (the Member) and your nominated Club.
2.2. You acknowledge that the portion allocated to the Club acts as a donation/fundraising contribution. Depending on your Club's specific policies, these contributions may be tracked and applied as subsidies toward your future registration fees.
2.3. You may request to temporarily or permanently alter your split via your digital pass link or by asking the cashier during a Track B transaction.
3.1. To facilitate "Proximity Marketing" (e.g., receiving a lock screen notification when walking past a partner cafe), the digital pass uses operating-system level geofencing.
3.2. SponsorLink does not track your continuous GPS location. The trigger is handled natively by iOS/Android when you enter a predefined radius around a partner business.
3.3. You may disable lock screen notifications at any time via your device's Wallet settings.
