This Business Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the relationship between SponsorLink.au ("Platform") and the subscribing Business Partner ("Business").
1.1. The Business agrees to pay the selected monthly subscription fee (e.g., $30/month for the Growth Tier) via an automated billing system.
1.2. The subscription fee is strictly for access to the SponsorLink ecosystem, including the SEO backlink network, Geofence SMS system (if applicable), and member directory exposure.
2.1. The Business legally commits to honoring the discount percentage (or explicit offer) selected during registration for any verified SponsorLink digital wallet pass presented at checkout.
2.2. Depending on the elected POS track (Track A: Integrated or Track B: Universal), the Business is responsible for scanning the member pass and accurately reflecting the sale total.
2.3. The discount amount is logged by SponsorLink, collected via our automated billing layer at the end of the day/week, and distributed to the respective Club and Member. The Business does *not* lose money out of the till at the exact moment of transaction, but rather the total discount generated is reconciled post-sale.
3.1. The Business must not attempt to circumvent the scanning process or deliberately under-report transaction totals.
3.2. SponsorLink reserves the right to audit transactions and permanently ban businesses found to be exploiting the local club network.
4.1. The Business may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty. However, access to the SEO backlink engine and member directory will be revoked immediately upon the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
